Raw Material Inspection
We source only certified materials. When raw materials arrive at our warehouse, our inspectors check Material type and quantity,Performance
tests (humidity, hardness, etc.),Visual and dimensional conformity.Only after all data meet our strict criteria do we stock the materials for production. Every batch is traceable in our ERP system.

In-Production Inspection
To ensure quality and save material & time, we assign dedicated inspectors at every key production step from die-cutting, polishing, punching, spray painting, tufting, to glue assembly.
If any defect or deviation is found, we stop the line immediately, report the issue, and implement corrective actions on the spot. This real time control prevents defective semi finished products from moving forward.

Finished Product & PrePackaging Inspection
Before packing, each brush undergoes a final quality check. This includes:
Brush surface, bristle alignment, cushion resilience, logo printing accuracy
Packaging materials: box, card, hang tag, label, barcode, shipping mark
We also verify that the packaging matches your specific requirements (FSC paper boxes, clear PET, etc.). Only products that pass this 100% inspection are allowed into the packing stage.

Third Party & Pre Shipment Inspection
We fully support and welcome authorized third party inspection companies (e.g., SGS, Intertek, TÜV, QM, AI) to inspect your order before shipment.
If you have your own preferred inspection company or an independent inspector, they are always welcome. We can also assist in arranging inspection services on your behalf.
